Ingredients
- 2 soft shell tortillas
- grilled chicken, chopped
- bacon, crumbled
- fontinella cheese, shredded
- ranch dressing
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients: cook bacon, grill chicken, and shred cheese.
- Lay one tortilla out, and cover with cheese. Sprinkle chicken and bacon on top of cheese, then top with another tortilla.
- Place quesadilla on skillet over medium heat, and slowly heat quesadilla until the cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and serve with a side of ranch dressing.
