Green Bay Cheese® Colby Cheese

Colby cheese was invented in its namesake—Colby, Wisconsin. It is produced in the same style as Cheddar, but has a softer, semi-firm texture and a lighter, less tangy flavor. Green Bay Cheese®’s Colby Cheese has a warm, orange color and a gentle, welcoming flavor that melts readily into sauces and over soups and chili. Add Colby to salads or use to highlight the smoky flavors of grilled chicken.
