Joan of Arc® Roquefort

Roquefort is one of the world's best known Blue cheeses. This cheese is white, tangy, crumbly and slightly moist, with distinctive veins of dark green mold. The overall flavor sensation begins slightly mild, then develops a sweet, then smoky flavor that fades to a salty finish.
