- 4 8 oz. sirloin steaks
- 9 Ounce Cheddar cheese, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- 4 tomatoes for garnish
- Watercress, for garnish
- Marinate the steaks in olive oil and seasoning for 2 hours.
- Grill the steaks to liking. Top the steaks with slices of Cheddar cheese and place under a broiler until the cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
- Garnish with grilled or roasted tomatoes and watercress.
